Ing Travel is a small family-owned travel agency in Iceland, established in 2016 by Snorri Ingason, a licensed tour guide with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the University of Iceland.
We offer both pre-set tours and tailor-made tours, providing a range of activities such as glacier hiking, caving, horseback riding, and more. Our top priorities are delivering exceptional experiences, sharing knowledge, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Our fleet consists of three vehicles: a 19-seater Mercedes Benz Sprinter, a 19-seater 4×4 Mercedes Benz Sprinter, and a 6-seater luxury Toyota Land Cruiser.
Guiding our tours is Snorri Ingason, our main guide, who captivates with his engaging stories and extensive knowledge of Iceland.

Snorri is a licensed tour guide with extensive experience in the tourism field. He holds a BS degree in Tourism from the University of Iceland. After spending 25 years as a sales and marketing manager in business, he made a life-changing decision to follow his heartfelt passion for his country’s nature and embarked on a fulfilling journey as a tour guide. Snorri’s contagious enthusiasm shines as he shares the captivating history, geology, and unspoiled beauty of Iceland, skillfully weaving tales for an immersive experience. Moreover, he treasures his role as a family man, being happily married with four children and five grandchildren.
